The main channels of the formation of young people in the Faith are the Christian home, and worship of God in the holy mass, during which the youth (and all present) are taught, governed and sancitified by Jesus Christ.  The Mass Attendance Sheets are a tool to help children and families to follow the Law of God and to stay close to Jesus Christ in the Good News and in the Eucharist.

All children and youth who are participating in the parish's 2024-2025 CCD/Faith Formation program and any Catholic school students who are parishioners of Assumption Parish and are seeking to recieve either First Holy Communion or Confirmation here, must use the Mass Attendance Sheet.
